Leta in Charcoal, Lila Munro

Nials ran his thumb ever so delicately over the swell of her breast, caressing, seducing. Leta’s breasts were such perfection. Tawny and pert crested with rosy nipples which shrank at the temperature in the room which Nials purposely kept at a chilly sixty-seven. Warm enough his cock paid adept attention to the creature presented, cool enough said creature’s nipples agreed a response was necessary.

His cock throbbing, he ran his fingertips along her slender shoulder, up the curve of her throat, just under her jaw, across her ear lobe. His forefinger found her bottom lip and traced it, his tongue sweeping out along his, hungry, almost desperate.

The need to prolong the act caused Nials to take pause. He closed his eyes and took a steadying breath, inhaling the subtle muskiness floating on the current of wintery air. Her perfume, always the same. He suppressed the groan building deep in his chest. She mustn’t know the extent of his greed. He must be gentle, coax the best from her, pulling it from her very heart.

Shaking away the image of her beneath him, Nials again took up his worship of her curves, tracing them again and again, gently, harshly, defining her very lines, memorizing them.

“Are we almost done?” she asked just an octave above a whisper as if afraid of breaking the spell holding Nials captive.

“Soon,” Nials said, smiling, replacing the spent charcoal for a new piece, flipping the sketch pad to a clean sheet. “Very soon I hope.”

Somber Misconception by Mary Sue Weir

Callie fidgeted on the bed. Here she sat, half-naked, waiting anxiously for her husband to come home. It was getting late. She had to calm down, but the thought of her marriage falling apart was driving her crazy. All Brad did was work. It seemed as if he didn?t want to be home with her or their two children anymore.

The kids were at her parents? house.  She had planned this seductive scene in hopes to spark the flames in their marriage, but it appeared to be hopeless. Maybe she was being paranoid, but that knot in her stomach wouldn?t go away.  What if he had fallen for his new secretary? Stop it, Callie. Brad loves you.

She glanced around the tiny bedroom. As soon as the kids were old enough to go to school she?d find a job.  Perhaps with both of them working they could afford that beautiful home in the country Brad was so excited about. The phone rang and she jumped. Her heart filled with dread. He wasn?t coming home. ?Hello??

Hey, sweetheart, I won the contract. We can buy that house.? He chuckled. ?I know the kids are at your parents? house. I can?t wait to make love to you, but first I want to take you out and show the world what a gorgeous and understanding wife I have.?

Callie stared at the phone long after Brad hung up. She sighed. Understanding wife? Boy, did she have a lot of making up to do.

Hidden Treasures By Elissa Daye

Miranda had no idea how she had come to this place or where her clothes seemed to be. Her eyes scanned the dark cave, trying to adjust to the lack of light. Soon, the blackness around her settled and she could see a few inches in front of her. There appeared to be someone to her right, but she could not discern whether or not the body was alive, and quite frankly, she really did not want to know. Bringing her knees up to her chest, she tried to take a calming breath, but the cold air swirling around the cave sent chills along her spine.

Miranda looked to her right and found a knapsack scattered along the wall of the cave. Creeping slowly toward it, she reached out for it. She rummaged through as quietly as possible, and found a pair of leggings that must belong to the person in the cave with her. Considering the size and stature of the garment, she was pretty sure that person was a male. Her heart raced a little faster, as she desperately wondered how she had become trapped naked inside a cave with a man. Miranda searched through the bag for a shirt to cover the top of her body, but it contained no more garments. The only thing left inside were cold metal chains that may be a clue as to why she was trapped inside this cave.

Could he be a pirate? What would he do when he awoke?

“Come on relax a little, you want to look sexy not like you’re scared,” Mike said as he snapped the photo.

Sam smiled as she tucked her leg underneath her other and placed her hand on the ground in front of her. Why had she agreed to do these pictures? For the site she joined, that’s why. She needed a few hot photos of herself. She’d never been photogenic but when Mike took a photo she truly loved it without hesitation and and doubt.

“How do I look?” she asked and did her best to relax her tense body.

She watched silently as he stepped away from the camera that sat on the tripod and made his way over towards her. A sexy smile graced his handsome face.

Mike approached her from behind and knelt down on the floor.

"Baby, maybe I can help you a little bit," he said and placed a kiss on her bare shoulder.

Her body automatically relaxed as a shiver crawled down her skin sending molten heat to her aching pussy. Sam gently bit down on her lower lip as a moan escaped her. It was definitely working.

She pushed her head back into him when he slid his hands pushed the jewelry aside and gently cupped her now aching breast.

"See, that wasn't too hard to get you to relax," he said while his fingers squeezed her hardened buds.

"Mmm, but it required your skilled touch to do so,"she replied and closed her eyes.

My Jewels By Suzzana C Ryan

Craig never bought me presents. He always gave me gift card.  I got sick of his lack of interest in what I liked so I decided to show him what his gift cards bought.

The last card was a Mall card, yes one I could use anywhere in our shopping Mall.  I found one of those trinket places and bought the biggest, showiest and gaudiest necklaces they had. I giggled all the way back home. He was going to be pissed.  But maybe he’d think twice about getting me those damn thoughtless cards.

I tore open the bags and let my one hundred dollar’s worth of purchases scatter on our bed. I then took a shower. When I came out, I was surprised to find Craig sitting on the bed in the middle of my shopping spree.

“So what’s all this?” he asked.

“The last gift card you gave me,”

“I take it you’d rather have a present?” he laughed. “Come here.”

He took my towel, threw it to the floor and then draped me in my purchases. I watched him and saw the desire building in her cool blue eyes.

“Damn, you look like one of those harem women. Shit baby, this is hot. How about some pussy action,” he said.

He swept me up and laid me on the bed, opening my thighs and burying his head in my pussy. I could only hear the jingle of my cheap jewels as he feasted on my cunt and brought me to one smashing orgasm.

I think he finally got the hint.

Forever Linked by Nichelle Gregory
The smell of his cologne teased her the moment he entered the room. Finally, they would have their time together. She could barely contain her excitement. Two full days alone. She’d missed him. Her body craved his touch. Her mind hungered for the connection she knew she’d never have with anyone else. She lifted her chin and the gold clinked softly around her neck, tickling her nipples as she met his gaze.

“Do you like the new necklace, Mira?”

Mira smiled while running a finger over her latest piece of jewelry. Each one had been selected and presented by him to mark a special moment in their relationship. She only wore them all only when he requested.

“I love it.”

“I love you.”

The blood drained from her face, her entire body reacting to the three words uttered from his lips. She’d never expected to hear them...didn’t need to. She knew he loved her. His devotion never ceased to amaze her. She’d placed her trust...her body...her entire being into his hands and hadn’t regretted it. It was because of him she’d finally discovered who she was...who she was meant to be. It was because of him she hadn’t needed to hear those words, but now that they’d been spoken...

“Mira?”

She blinked and tears slipped down her cheeks. He was by her side in an instant, cradling her face with both hands. The depth of love reflected in the chocolate depths of his eyes steadied her.

“I love you too.”

Time for Meridian by Eden Glenn

“Okay Meridian, hold the center pearl between your teeth and bite on it.” Colton was sheer genius with a camera. She never understood what he saw through the lens. Yet, what he shot transformed from absurd to sublime. The shutter clicked in rapid fire.

She loved the comfort of the exercise sweats against her skin. The cool air brushed over her naked chest. The pose hid the fullness of her breasts and displayed the chunky necklaces of rock and metal. Each time a stone brushed her nipple she fought the response. This was not supposed to be about sex, it was about designer jewelry.

The curtain parted allowing a guy to enter the center studio. Man screamed from his mocha skin to his flashing golden eyes. He prowled across the room toward her.

“Meridian this is Justin our male model.” Colton breezed through the introduction.

“Justin I want you to stand behind her. Wrap your arm across Meridian’s breasts and let the necklace drape over your skin.”

Meridian waited for Justin to move into position. His arm brushed across her tight nipples and sent sensation to her throbbing pussy.

The rich deep voice asked, “What about my other hand?”

“Umm, I’m not sure. Try something that feels natural.” Colton rested the camera against his chest.

Justin slid his hand down her belly to cup her pussy in his palm and draw her against his groin.

“Perfect.” Colton clicked the shot.

Hard cock prodded Meridian’s ass.

Justin chuckled. “Well, that’s awkward.”

Secrets are for alphabet agencies-Part three of the look into Chrysalis

Alright, we’ve all see those movies or read those books about the secret loves.  Oh how magical it really is to be the one he really wants, right.  Have I ever been someone’s secret love…um…no.  Have I ever been a secret…um…yes, just not a love.  It amazes me that we as women still fall for this crap, but it happens all the time, even in the Chrysalis series.

Yes, the perfect Oscar was once not so perfect.  In the third book you’ll actually get to hear Oscar’s voice. Occasionally he’ll flash back to his younger wilder days.  When I wrote him I knew he was a playboy that every girl wants kind of a guy, I just didn’t realize how dark he really could be.  “Play on playa”…or so the saying goes.

I know with how devoted Oscar is to Ellie it’s hard to imagine a time when he wasn’t like that, but lets take a look back to the first book and when he was waiting at Ellie’s locker the Monday after they started to date.

Approaching my locker, I realized I might not be so paranoid.  Something foul was a foot in the sophomore hallway, to attempt to quote the classic tale of Bill and Ted.  Oscar was leaning up against the locker next to mine.

He backed off so I could enter my combination.  Placing a hand on the small of my back he leaned in to kiss me on the cheek.  I could feel my face flush as I stumbled to remember what my combination was.  With my heart pounding, I tried twice to get it.  Opening up my locker, I put my books away and grabbed what I needed for the next few classes.

"A little stalkerish to be at my locker, don’t you think?"

His lips were still by my cheek.  "You ashamed of me?"

"No," I scoffed.

"You’re the first girlfriend I haven’t been embarrassed to be seen with."

"Okay," I turned.  Big mistake.  Now we were nose-to-nose and my lips curled into a smile.  "I just wasn’t expecting…"

"You thought you were a secret?"

"Well, no…just… "

He kissed me and the hallway faded away.

Although Ellie doesn’t know the full extent of Oscar’s past, she seems surprised that he’d be so open with their relationship.  Why?  Have we conditioned ourselves to be this way?  Ironically I had the opposite conversation with a high school boyfriend of mine that was sure I was going to ignore him completely at school and was surprised when I walked right up to him on the first day as if there was nothing wrong.

Makes you wonder how many people accept being a secret.  Am I abnormal or are they?  Sure we say to our friends “I’d never be a secret”, but looking at a close relative’s facebook interactions more and more girls are accepting the secret status.

Now, back to Mr. Perfect, who incidentally got off easy for his wandering eyes, or was there a reason he did?  How could Oscar have slept with so many girls in this day and age of social media and not have had a backlash?  He was honest.  He didn’t try to make each girl feel as if they were something special, because they weren’t.  He didn’t lie to them and tell them he loved them.  Even Mya knew the score when it came to Oscar, they basically had an agreement.  She got the eye candy, he got someone who made him even more attractive, because he was “taken” and what girl doesn’t love a challenge?  Who doesn’t want to be the one to make him change his wandering ways and settle down?  If only he was with me then he’d stop.

Yes, with Ellie, Oscar’s faithful.  He doesn’t have girls in secret, but it wasn’t Ellie that brought him to the place of realizing that what he was doing was wrong.  He had to come to that conclusion on his own.

For all those secret girls or guys that have a man/boy/girl/woman who loves them “but nobody can know.”   You’re one of many that “nobody can know” about.  You won’t be the one to change him.  And more importantly, why would you want to go through the pain of doing it and look at Jennifer from the Chrysalis series.  Even a secret girlfriend can have a very real child.

The only reason that Oscar is so perfect is because he grew into his realization that girls were not objects to be played with, but were in fact human beings.  Not every man learns that, but then again if the world was full of perfect Oscars all those sappy break up songs would never have been written and the little people in my head would miss them so.

Darynda Jones Queen of Smart Mouthed Authors Everywhere

There is an old African proverb that says “we stand on the shoulders of our ancestors” and this means many things to many people. For me, I’ve found I like to build upon and am inspired by those that come before me.  In writing we all have heroes and they earn the honor for different reasons.  Personally the writers that have influenced me are many, yet the first criteria for hero status is their writing must move me in some way.  As I started my journey as a writer I looked at my favorite authors to read and studied how they got to where they were.  Similar to how a young ball player studies a star athlete, I looked to see how the writer became elite.  There’s the old quote… “If you want to be a millionaire hang around millionaires.”  I wanted to be a writer so…well you get the idea

Case in point, I’ve loved Judy Blume since I was young and admired her because she writes from grade school to erotic under the same name without a backlash.  I love Sherrilyn Kenyon because of how she treats her fans so well and her journey to become an author was filled with rejection yet she persevered.  My guest today is no exception.

I first learned about Darynda Jones when I was looking into entering the Golden Heart award for my first book Chrysalis.  Darynda had just won a few months earlier and had J.R. Ward’s endorsement for how amazing her book was.

(This is when I earmarked her name in my mind.  J.R. Frickin’ Ward!  Seriously.  The woman who has inmates all over the world begging to be Cellies…yes I’m a cellie and proudly read the Warden’s books.  Okay back to the author at hand.)

Then I got Mrs. Jones’ first book First Grave on the Right.  If you haven’t read it…do, but if you have bladder issues take note you will laugh outloud while reading this book.  Darynda has become the author all smart-ass writers look to as our queen.  When did she become my hero you ask?  When I sent her a Kindlegraph request and it was returned with a personalized message in less than 24 hours.  It seems like a simple thing but look back a few paragraphs and see how I love writers that appreciate their fans.  I posted my love of her all over my page and suggested all go check her out.  When I asked for an interview and she said yes…It’s a bit embarrassing how I acted, but contrary to popular belief I didn’t pee my pants…okay, I might have a little.

We all want to become our heroes and let me tell you if I could become the hybrid child of Judy, Sherriyln and Darynda I’d feel good about who I became.  For I would not only be an amazing author, but I’d be a good person and someone who I could respect when I looked in the mirror.

Okay, enough of this sappy crap.  I’m interviewing the woman who created Charley Davidson and I can see Charley rolling her eyes and trying stop from gagging as she sits besides the great Darynda Jones.

Five questions for Darynda Jones

MP-    Your heroine Charley seems to walk around with one area or another of her body bruised or in a state of healing.  What’s the worst injury you’ve had to suck it up and walk around with?

DJ-I broke my foot in three places once when I stubbed my toe. LOL. Yeah, I think that’s the worst injury I’ve ever had. I may or may not have had a concussion once after a tragic cheerleading accident. (I was 9.) I was pretty banged up after a car accident once. But fortunately I’ve never been shot or stabbed. I used to be the quickest healer. I was always up and around days before the doctors expected. But not anymore. I’m a wuss. The last surgery I had ate my lunch. I was bedridden for days and it was laparoscopic!

MP-    Do you ever fear running out of quotes?

DJ-You know, I did worry a little at first, but I have a list of hundreds! People send them in and I am constantly finding new ones.

MP-    You have a fifth book in the Grave Series coming out.  How many books do you think we have to look forward to?

DJ-Well, my editor wants it to be ongoing, so there’s just no telling. I would love for
it to continue for quite a while longer. I adore writing about Charley and her
antics. Not only that, I have a spinoff in mind I’m really excited about.

MP- I’ve scoured the internet…or paid attention to The Paranormal Book Club’s quote queen Sam to find one of your biggest fans to ask you a question.  So Sam your question for Darynda is…"Would Charley ever cheat on Mr. Coffee with a foreign stranger like Keurig knowing it could only be a one shot deal? And if so...would she be able to look at Mr. Coffee the next morning?"

DJ-HAHAHA!!! Sadly, she has been eyeing a Keurig. It’s dark red and tempting as hell. But, no, I don’t think she’d be able to look at Mr. Coffee ever again. She’d probably have to put him in a closet and that would just be sad.

MP-Finally we’re going to play a little game called Marry, Dump or Date.  I’ll give you three guys please assign them one spot.  Only one per spot.

Reyes Farrow, Mr. Wong, and Angel…

DJ-
Marry: Mr. Wong. He is very loyal and never steps out. He’s a great listener and hardly ever interrupts. Yep, he’s a keeper.

Dump: Angel. He’s jailbait. Never mind that he’s older than Charley in actual years, he died at 13 and that’s just weird.

Date: Reyes. Dating him would be challenging and exciting. And you’d never need a jacket.

The first step is admitting there is a problem.

Hello, my name is Michel Prince, and I’m a cinephile.  Yes, I have a passionate love of movies.  I watch them, quote them and share them with friends.  My favorites I could watch a million times.  I have a collection of DVD’s that are getting close to a thousand easily.  Lets not even discuss my old VHS collection I finally had to walk away from.

For my second look inside the Chrysalis series we have Ellie who loves to fall into movies.  Those TCM commercials with Martin Scorsese talking about saving the old movies and remastering them makes her get chills.  She’s a little more girly than I am, I have to admit.  Although she appreciates all movies for different reasons it seems she’s into old school films and teen rom coms…but then again she is only seventeen.  Right now she’s all excited because she found Take Her, She’s Mine with Jimmy Stewart and Sandra Dee.  What can I say, she relates to the bubbly love struck girl.

What you might not understand when it comes to Ellie Chisholm is she doesn’t just experience the movies, she becomes the characters.  She is Mollie Michaelson, or Holly Golightly or even Sara from Save the Last Dance.  When people talk or interrupt the movie it’s almost as if they’ve violently grabbed her and tore her away from a warm womb of protection.  Yes, Ellie can be overly dramatic at times.

There is something about a watching a movie that helps her block out the world.  She doesn’t hear the bump in the night.  She won’t know if danger is coming, because for her she’s completely safe.  Much like when she’s with Oscar.  With the combination of being in his arms while watching a movie…Ellie can rebuild her strength.

Let’s look into book one of the series again, when Ellie was attacked in the park.  The next day she laid in Oscar’s arms all day and watched romantic love stories.  Then in book two Oscar spends the whole book trying to prove to her their love can last, even though Ellie can’t seem to find a movie to prove it could be real.

Yes, Ellie lives in the world of fantasy, but sometimes that’s an okay thing.  We all do it.  Whether it’s buying a lottery ticket, fantasing about your favorite actor bumping into you on the street or even looking ahead at your son or daughter when they are on the court of field.  Sadly we all have to step into the real world once in a while…and that’s where Ellie has problems.

I invite you to join Ellie in the world I’ve created for her…sometimes it’s safe sometimes it’s not, but much like a movie you can keep going back to it and see a new aspect that wasn’t there before.

A kiss never hurt so good

We all have to take time to reflect and adjust the world around us.  I’ve been a little off lately because I’m trying to reassess my writing goals, by looking at what I want to bring to you as readers.  There has to be a balance to everything in life and as a writer with a family and community obligations I sometimes look like Vishnu with a responsibility on each arm and this leads people to think I have six arms instead of the normal two.

Now that is partially my fault, I admit it.  I hate when I see someone in need and I am a person capable of helping complete the task, but at what costs to me as human being…sigh… sadly contrary to the rumors I do not have supernatural powers.

Here I go again in the breech young readers (I don’t care if you’re 90 you’re still young once you fall into one of my books).  I will go back into blogging so you can get to know about me through my Chrysalis series; that soon will be crossing from young adult to adult.  Then I’ll pepper in some things about my other series and works that are available on my bookshelf for your enjoyment.

For my first installment of The Chrysalis series, I’m taking you back to writing part one of the book.  With Chrysalis I became overwhelmed and consumed with the book.  I slept about two hours a day and typed almost 22/7.  My son would be at games and I’d be on the sidelines with either my computer or my phone typing.  The story poured out of me.  I have never written anything this intense in my life. I became the characters.

When I wrote the scene at Como Park where Ellie runs to the swing set and cries while trying to apologize and finally Oscar places his finger under her chin and kisses her I was at a training.  We were on a lunch break and they called the end of the break right as Oscar started to kiss Ellie.  Her lips were full from the sensation.  She could feel her heart beating in them.  I had to stop writing and step away from the computer for two to three hours.

At first I thought nothing of it.  I closed my laptop and continued by Basic Adult Leaders Outdoor Orientation, or BALOO.  I know all my scouting friends will love that one.  Sitting on an uncomfortable picnic table, I learned about plant life and rocks or something…really I was distracted because Oscar was still kissing me.  For TWO HOURS.  No relief just pressure on my full and wanting lips.  I seriously was tapping my foot wanting to get back to my laptop.  I needed to finish Oscar and Ellie’s embrace before I exploded.

Did you feel the same when you read it?  Whether it’s my book or another writers, have you ever become the character you’re reading?  Does your heart race when the hero enters the room?  Can you feel his hand on the small of your back?  Or when he brushes back your hair?  For the male readers can you feel the smoothness of her skin or smell her hair as she walks across your page?
